We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and business data is handled securely in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Data Protection Bill, 2021, and other applicable laws.

By using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, billing details, company name.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Payment gateway details, invoices, GST information.
• Usage Data: IP address, login records, device/browser type, activity logs.
• Business Data: Any data you upload or enter into Labiz.app (ERP, CRM, HR, accounts, etc.).

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To process payments and generate invoices.
• For customer support and communication.
• For legal compliance and security audits.

4. Data Ownership

All business data entered by Customers belongs to the Customer.

We do not sell or share Customer data for marketing purposes.

We may share necessary details with partners/agents strictly for service delivery and compliance.

5. Data Protection & Security

• Industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and secure servers.
• Regular system monitoring, activity logs, and backups.
• Breach Notification: Customers will be notified within 72 hours in case of a security breach, as per Section 43A IT Act, 2000.

6. Data Sharing & Legal Compliance

We may share data only:

• With payment gateways, cloud providers, or authorized service agents.
• When required by law or government authorities under Section 69 of IT Act, 2000.

7. Data Retention

Customer data is retained during active subscription.

Upon termination, data is retained for a limited period and then securely deleted.

8. Customer Rights

• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data usage (may affect service functionality).
• File complaints regarding data misuse.

9. International Compliance

If customers operate in the EU/UK, we follow GDPR requirements for data processing.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscriptions are billed in advance as per the chosen plan (monthly, half-yearly, yearly).

Subscription fees are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by sending an email to support@labiz.app with a 30-day prior notice.

Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

• Service failure or non-availability directly caused by the Company (not third-party or customer-side issues).
• Unauthorized billing due to system error.
• Duplicate payments.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Partial use of subscription.
• Customer-requested early cancellation.
• Suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.

This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
