Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees
All subscriptions are billed in advance as per the chosen plan (monthly, half-yearly, yearly).
Subscription fees are non-transferable.
2. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by sending an email to support@labiz.app with a 30-day prior notice.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
- Service failure or non-availability directly caused by the Company (not third-party or customer-side issues).
- Unauthorized billing due to system error.
- Duplicate payments.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial use of subscription.
- Customer-requested early cancellation.
- Suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
5. Legal Reference
This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
