1. Subscription Fees

All subscriptions are billed in advance as per the chosen plan (monthly, half-yearly, yearly).

Subscription fees are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by sending an email to support@labiz.app with a 30-day prior notice.

Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Tip: Include your registered email and last billing date in your cancellation email for faster processing.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Service failure or non-availability directly caused by the Company (not third-party or customer-side issues).
  • Unauthorized billing due to system error.
  • Duplicate payments.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial use of subscription.
  • Customer-requested early cancellation.
  • Suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
